  • Conducting an organisational and operational review of one of Australia’s largest power stations to enhance operational performance
  • Contributing to the development of a transport renewal strategy to improve transport system management and service delivery in Queensland
  • Led a review of technical capability and capacity of a large transport agency in Australia to define future capability needs and to assess the capability and capacity of the external market
  • Conducted due diligence on the Queensland Motorways Limited assets for a bidder and oversaw the traffic modelling, socioeconomic analysis, asset condition and environmental due diligence
  • Led the development of a business case to assess the costs and benefits of enabling Higher Productivity Vehicle access to the road network
  • Conducted an economic review and audit of NSW infrastructure assets across the water, transport and energy sectors which informed the development of a 20 year state infrastructure strategy
  • Provided advice to a national regulator to help define governance arrangements, roles, relationships and service delivery arrangements between the regulator and state jurisdictions
